Chickpea and its unique properties
The Chickpea plant is a one-year plant and a short bush of the legume family, whose height reaches about 30 cm. Its branches are thin, its tiny leaves consist of 13 to 17 small, toothed leaflets, and its flowers are white with purple veins or shapes. Usually one to three peas are formed in each pea pod.
Chickpea is one of the oldest and most nutritious legumes. Chickpeas are used to prepare a variety of salads, sauces, bread, etc. One of its properties is that it is high in fiber, and through this method, it helps the health of the organs and prevents heart diseases.
